Smith takes Sunraysia Safari Victory

AUSTRALIA. New South Welshman Jacob Smith has won the 2018 instalment of the Sunraysia Safari Navigation Rally held over 7-11th August 2018. Held in the Mildura (Northern Victoria), Wentworth, ANA Branch and Pooncarie Regions (South Western New South Wales) the 5-day (5 leg) race it mentally and physically demanding as well as machine demanding.

Mildura local Toby Hederics won the opening leg. Followed by Anthony Hederics and Jacob Smith.

Rod Faggoter won leg two. Followed by Jacob Smith and Toby Hederics.

Jacob Smith won leg three, followed by Rod Faggoter and Luke Hayes.

Jacob Smith won leg four, followed by Rod Faggoter and Anthony Hederics and Jacob Smith.

Luke Hayes won the final leg, followed by Toby Hederics, and Anthony Hederics.

Overall for the iconic navigation event, Jacob Smith won followed by Rod Faggoter and Luke Hayes.
