UNITED STATES. The Annual Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Motocross Championships was held last week (Mon, Jul 30th – Sat, Aug 4th) at Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. Australian brothers Brady and Myles Gilmore have ventured to another Loretta’s.

Brady Gilmore didn’t have the run he worked for in 2018, competing in two classes 125cc (12-17) B/C and Schoolboy 1 (12-17) B/C. With a 28th in the first moto of the Schoolboy 1 (12-17) B/C the rest of his results are DNF (did not finish) or DNS (did not start), Brady’s overall classification for 2018 Schoolboy 1 (12-17) B/C is 40th.

Myles Gilmore has had his best Loretta’s. Competing in two classes the Mini Sr 1 (12-13) and Mini Sr 2 (12-14). Myles won the opening moto Mini Sr 1 (12-13), back up with an eleventh and a sixth-place finish led to sixth overall for the Western Australian. Finishing strong in the Mini Sr 2 (12-14) with a sixteenth, fourth and a third resulted in a fifth overall.
