Victorian Callum Norton has been forced to withdraw from the 2019 Hattah Desert Race this weekend (5-7 July) after a practice accident. The multi-Hattah champion as a junior, Norton is still chasing his maiden senior victory.

“Very disappointed to say I won’t be lining up at this year’s Hattah Desert Race due to an injury caused last weekend!” stated Callum Norton on social media. “Been looking forward to this race all year and spewing I’ll be missing my first Hattah in 8 years! Appreciate everyone’s support and messages over the past few days, I’ll be back and ready to go for 2020! Big thanks to my team for being behind me and can’t wait to get back on the bike! 👍🏼💪🏻.” Concluded Norton.
